Job Description CNC Turner
* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes (Miyano BNJ 42SY / MiyanoBNE 65MYY Doosan Puma TT1800SY)
* Working to tight tolerances
* Producing high precision batch work components anywhere from 50 off to 2500 off.
* Setting and Operating using Fanuc & Mitsubishi Controls
* Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic materials
Skills Required CNC Turner
* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes in a cell of 4 machines
* Experience using twin spindle lathes is an advantage but not essential.
* The ability to program is advantageous but not essential
* Previous experience working within a precision manufacturing environment.
* The ability to read and Interpret engineering drawings
* The ability to inspect your own work.
The company offers 200 hours holiday per year (23days) + Statutory holidays, a 4 Day Work Week for a good work life balance, and onsite parking. The working hours are 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm noon, with a flexible start time between 6am & 7am.
