They are currently recruiting for a Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal with existing experience in the field to join on a largely home-working basis. A competitive salary and benefits package are available and negotiable dependent on experience.
Your new role
This Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal role will see you:
* Draft and prepare wills of varying complexity, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, ensuring all materials are precise, comprehensive, and professionally presented.
* Liaise effectively with clients and external stakeholders through both verbal and written communication at all stages of each case.
* Oversee and manage an active caseload, coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate timely and successful case resolution.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and correspondence within internal systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in drafting wills and offering tailored advice on estate planning matters.
* Previous experience managing your own caseload.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building positive client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
