Role Overview We’re growing fast and looking for an exceptional Key Account Executive to join our Commercial team. Supporting the Senior National Account Managers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery of plans across major UK retail partners. From supporting promotional campaigns and customer meetings to maintaining data accuracy and account coordination, your efforts will directly influence the performance of our nicotine alternatives portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded individual with a keen eye for detail, great organisational skills, and a proactive mindset looking to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-led business. Job Requirements What Success Looks Like Timely and accurate updates to trackers and systems Campaigns and promotions executed flawlessly High-quality customer presentations Great internal and external feedback Proactive response to queries and issues What You’ll Bring 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial support or account executive role (FMCG or retail preferred) Excellent organisation and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) A proactive, solutions-focused approach Knowledge of the UK retail landscape or nicotine alternatives is a plus Job Responsibilities Account Support & Coordination Be the first point of contact for national account customer queries. Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to deliver swift, accurate support. Assist in preparing for and following up on client meetings, tracking all actions to completion. Activation & Execution Help plan and execute marketing and promotional activations in-store and digitally. Work with trade marketing and field teams to ensure flawless execution. Track and report on campaign performance and share learnings across the business. Data Management & Reporting Maintain key commercial tools, including sales trackers, promo calendars, and CRM (Salesforce). Monitor product and promotion performance and report insights to support account planning. Presentation & Meeting Preparation Support the Senior National Account Managers in building compelling customer-facing decks. Translate sales data and performance updates into visually engaging, actionable insights. Product & System Accuracy Own the accuracy of all product data, including SKUS, pricing, barcodes, and pack formats. Ensure all materials are centralised, up-to-date, and accessible to key stakeholders. Process & Compliance Support Support listing of new SKUS with retailers, ensuring documentation is completed accurately. Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry regulations.
