We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our fantastic team of Revit Technicians. You will be someone who is keen to learn how to become a Technician and will learn to specialize in Autocad and Revit (training will be given). We ask that you bring a passion for learning and good attention to detail along with being able to work in a team. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:
* To work collaboratively and proactively with external modelling suppliers to ensure that they understand and execute every project in the most effective way, encouraging best practice in every fashion
* To ensure that all BIM projects deliver a great service by guaranteeing they beat client expectations and meet Company standards - in aspects such as quality, timeliness and health and safety
* To produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM-ready models from point cloud data measured by our experienced team of in-house surveyors to a high quality and accuracy
* To maintain effective communication with colleagues
* To share relevant information accordingly via the company document controller
* To maintain drawings to the highest standard using Autocad and Revit
* To clean off existing DWG files ready to be used as backgrounds within Revit
* To adhere to company rules & regulations as detailed in the staff handbook
* To take part in In-House training relevant to the position
* To keep developing own skill set and knowledge of the latest design software
* To work to a brief alongside a skilled technician and under the supervision of the team leader and ensuring work meets project requirements.
