We need a talented, versatile Midweight Motion Designer who is as passionate about the “big idea” as they are about the final render. You aren’t just moving assets around a screen; you’re a designer who understands how movement brings a brand to life. You’ll be creating high‑octane social content, cinematic digital out‑of‑home (DOOH), and massive digital takeovers that stop people mid‑scroll.
Responsibilities
* Creating BVOD commercials and social‑first motion content that cuts through the noise.
* Working on everything from retail media and in‑store digital screens to global campaign rollouts.
* Leading briefs from initial storyboarding and style frames through to final post‑production and export.
* Collaborating within a tight‑knit, multi‑skilled team that actually likes getting things done.
Qualifications
* At least 3–5 years in a creative agency or motion‑focused design role.
* Expert‑level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Strong foundation in graphic design—typography, layout, and colour—applied to motion.
* Bonus: Ability to build 3D worlds or assets using C4D/Blender.
