Operations Analyst
Mercer Marsh Benefits have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Operations Analyst with a specific focus on data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement, based in one of the following locations:
Bristol/Edinburgh/Chichester or Manchester
The role would suit an individual with an analytical and logical mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and liaise with senior colleagues within the business, up to and including executive level.

We will rely on you to:
5. Support the wider team in data reporting tasks and subsequent analysis.
6. Oversee the Business Improvement Team and set-up meetings with consultants on a monthly basis.
7. Generate key continuous improvement ideas.
8. Provide support to two additional colleagues around the key management of our portfolio of client and bonus calculations within the operations team.
9. Have an assertive approach to your work with the ability to challenge processes and ideas, as and when required.
10. Demonstrate impeccable organisational skills with excellent visual accuracy and high attention to detail.
What you need to have
11. Excellent data analysis skills, to include intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
12. Previous experience within a business improvement capacity.
13. Strong relationship building skills, together with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
14. Exceptional organisational/planning and prioritising skills.
15. An inquisitive mind with the ability to resolve problems.
16. The ability to work independently, use initiative and think outside the box.
17. Good level of education.
