Part Sales Coordinator Location: Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week – 8.30am to 4.30pm (4pm Friday). Flexi-time is available. Salary: Dependent on experience We are working with a well-established, global manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of a Part Sales Coordinator. The role: Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses Prepare and issue quotations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Process sales orders and maintain accurate records within internal systems Liaise with planning, production, and purchasing teams to confirm costs, availability, and delivery times Provide day-to-day support to the Part Sales Manager Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order progress, updates, and changes Work in line with company procedures, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance Contribute ideas to improve processes and support continuous improvement within the team You will have: Experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or coordination role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator, able to build relationships both internally and externally Good attention to detail, particularly when handling orders and documentation Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment Desirable experience: Experience using ERP or MRP systems, ideally Business Central or similar Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment Understanding of quality standards such as ISO or working within regulated environments Awareness of export or compliance processes The opportunity: Join a global organisation with a strong reputation for quality and innovation Be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop within a commercial and customer-focused role Work in a business that values structure, process, and continuous improvement
