Sacco Mann is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a successful law firm in Bradford. This role is suitable for a Solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in defendant litigation.
Our client is a reputable local law firm with offices in Bradford and Leeds, known for providing professional and friendly legal services to their loyal clientele. They have a strong reputation and continue to grow steadily.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL matters from initial litigation through to trial.
2. Work with a variety of clients, primarily handling cases from a retail perspective.
3. Handle pre-litigation matters when required.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 5+ years defendant litigation experience.
* Experience defending low-value multi-track claims is advantageous.
* EL/PL fast track claims experience is desirable.
