Our client, a leading manufacturer of timber frames for the construction industry, is seeking experienced Assembly Operatives to join their dynamic manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate production lines, feeding materials and products through machines
* Utilise hand and power tools for product assembly
* Interpret and work from drawings/diagrams to assemble products
* Conduct quality checks on finished products
* Prepare and wrap goods for dispatch
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience with hand and power tools
* Proficiency with a tape measure, preferably in millimetres (mm)
The working hours follow a rotating shift pattern:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
* Week 2:
o Monday to Wednesday, 14:00 - 00:15
o Thursday, 14:00 - 23:45
There is also the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates.
