Care Assistant – Leamington Spa

We are recruiting Care Assistants in Leamington Spa and surrounding areas for part‑time and full‑time roles. Flexible hours are available, with contracted hours up to 30 hours per week. We particularly need carers to work early mornings (7‑9 am) and evenings (7‑10 pm), including alternate weekends or the same day each weekend.

Responsibilities
 * Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
 * Administer medications safely as per guidance
 * Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing
 * Assist with meal preparation, feeding and dietary needs
 * Support with mobility assistance (e.g. transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)
 * Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
 * Keep accurate care records and daily observations
Requirements
 * Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car and business insurance
 * Right to work in the UK
 * A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
 * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
 * Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends and holidays)
 * Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide full training
