A specialist software provider with deep industry roots and private equity backing is investing in enterprise growth and seeking a senior Account Executive to lead that mandate.
About the role
We are supporting a global provider of industry-specific ERP and production management software designed exclusively for commercial print environments. With a dominant presence in North America and a growing European footprint, the business is strengthening its enterprise capability in the UK.
This is a strategic hire with genuine ownership. You will take responsibility for developing and growing an enterprise territory across commercial print, publication, mailing and high-volume production organisations.
This is a full-cycle enterprise sales mandate, not a transactional overlay role.

Key responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
• Develop net new enterprise pipeline within the commercial print sector
• Engage senior decision-makers across complex, multi-site print organisations
• Lead structured discovery processes and articulate clear ROI cases
• Manage forecasting and pipeline discipline within Salesforce
• Collaborate with technical sales, product and professional services teams
• Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
What you will be selling
Industry-specific ERP and production software purpose-built for commercial print operations. The solutions enable operational efficiency, automation and revenue growth across complex production workflows.
Unlike generic ERP platforms that require heavy customisation, this software is tailored to the vertical, allowing you to position measurable operational impact rather than broad system replacement.
What we are looking for
• Proven enterprise software sales experience
• Experience selling ERP, MIS or production software solutions
• Track record of selling into commercial print or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline independently
• Experience using structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC
