The role: Support Financial Processes: Assist with reporting, budgeting, capital accounting, treasury, and grants. Ensure Compliance: Support audits and maintain adherence to regulations and policies. Analyse Data: Conduct financial analysis to aid forecasting and decision-making. Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external partners on financial matters. Drive Improvements: Identify and support process and efficiency improvements. Support Team: Guide junior staff and contribute to team development. Maintain Standards: Uphold confidentiality, GDPR, and personal performance targets. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: AAT or IATI qualified or part qualified in a professional accountancy body. Experience working in a finance team or as part of an audit practise. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, regulations and standards.
