The Role
This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, offering confidence and peace of mind through tailored insurance and membership packages. No prior insurance experience is necessary as training will be provided. Key responsibilities include handling enquiries, logging customer info, creating insurance documents, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

What you’ll do
* Collaborate with team members to meet objectives
* Participate in meetings and team projects
* Create accurate client records and documentation
* Respond to market and third-party queries
* Manage data entry, premiums, and payments
* Make prospecting calls as needed
* Ensure documentation complies with company policies
* Maintain client files and produce necessary documentation
* Conduct due diligence and sanctions checks
* Follow company policies and complete regulatory training
Who we’re looking for
* Willingness to learn about insurance and markets
* Team player with good communication skills
* Organized with attention to detail
* No prior insurance experience required; training provided
* Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word)
