1. Deliver model implementation demand on time and to standard, ensuring SLA compliance.
2. Own and resolve network configuration build issues, maintaining best practice and technical excellence.

Your core responsibilities
5. Apply deep technical knowledge across platforms (Converged Core, Ethernet, Mobile, Global Reach, Voice, Connectivity).
6. Manage and resolve support request SLA breaches, ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Support the rollout of enhanced network technologies aligned with customer needs and strategic direction.
8. Document and transfer knowledge to land new solutions effectively.
9. Ensure compliance with TSA and H&S policies, identifying areas for improvement.
10. Engage with stakeholders throughout the model implementation lifecycle.
11. Collaborate across teams, championing best practices and regulatory standards.
What you'll bring
Mandatory
12. IP Network Expertise: Understanding of IP network engineering, infrastructure, technologies, and protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, NG-WDM).
13. Network Configuration: Ability to configure network hardware and software components according to organisational guidelines and technical requirements to ensure a stable and reliable network.
14. Troubleshooting: Proven experience resolving both physical and logical issues on an IP network.
15. Self-Management: Proven track record of managing own workstack and delivering demand to customer requirements.
16. Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively both independently and within a team.
17. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts constructively.

20. Certified technical knowledge of IP networks and infrastructure.

22. Network Implementation - Carries out the implementation of network infrastructure which may involve developing the business plan for expansion or modification of the network.
