* Food consistency, you want to ensure that every customer’s plate looks top notch and you understand that presentation is just as important as taste
* Pro-active in getting food prepped ready for service
* Supportive of the entire team and look for opportunities to help your colleagues
* Keen to learn and develop your Chef career so seek out moments to try new things and get involved
* You understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene standards and work to these standards consistently
* Have great relationships with the front of house team
