Experienced Junior Sous Chef
Location: The Curious Pig, Copthorne, near Crawley, RH10 3HY
Accommodation: £110 per week – a double room in a shared flat above the pub
Salary: Earn up to £40,000 per annum package (salary + tronc service charge)

What we expect
Our Junior Sous Chefs are committed and passionate about their teams and the food they serve. To be successful, You will need to have had some previous experience of working in a high‑volume kitchen – delivering dishes to company time standards and specification, and managing teams of up to five (Chefs and KPs) during busy service.
* Commit to mentoring and developing teams, with a keen eye for detail
* Assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation
* Ensure the kitchen runs professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantly
* Remain calm under pressure and lead and motivate the team to produce consistent, high‑quality food
