Main duties of the job
As the Hospital Director atPinetree Hospital, you will have overall leadership and management of theservice, developing close working relationships with the experienced andestablished teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for thedelivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing todevelop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.

Job responsibilities
To improve the quality of all aspects ofcare and management across the hospital and take the lead in service delivery,strategic alliance and daily service provisions.
Todeliver the vision and strategy of Iris Care Group and Pinetree Court, workingcollaboratively with other colleagues, shaping strategic thinking andcontributing to the collective and strategic vision of the organisation.
Toensure that Iris Care Group is a leader in the field of high quality innovativeservices that meet the needs of each individual service user whilst remainingpro-active in its approach to growing and developing new services.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Hold a relevant Nursing Qualification, RNLD or RMN for at least 5 years
* Have an excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector.
* Have experience and knowledge in Positive Behaviour Support and other modern approaches to evidence-based care and treatment for people with a learning disability
* Have strong commercial acumen to support successful service delivery and development.
* have experience of budget control, business development and revenue generation.
* be an inclusive and supportive manager, balanced with strong leadership to provide direction and implement change.
