Service Coordinator Location: Office-based, Flitwick Contract Type: Temporary Duration: 46 weeks (possible extension) Pay rate: £13.00-£15.00 per hour Reporting to: Service Manager Our client is seeking short-term support with an immediate start within their busy Service Department. This role focuses on proactively following up service quotations issued in recent months, ensuring customers receive timely communication and helping convert outstanding quotes into confirmed work. This is a customer-facing, non-technical position requiring confidence, professionalism, and strong organisational skills. Key Responsibilities for a Service Coordinator Proactively follow up outstanding service quotations via telephone and email. Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding quoted service work. Respond to customer queries Accurately record customer responses, decisions, and feedback in the service system. Escalate technical or complex queries to the appropriate internal team members. Skills & Experience Required for a Service Coordinator Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, service coordination, or administration role Competent with computer systems, Outlook, and general office software.
