Marketeer / Marketing Executive - Estate Agency Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm - can be flexible with working hours About the Role We are recruiting for a creative and commercially minded Marketeer / Marketing Executive to join a growing and well-established estate agency. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone with a full-spectrum view of marketing, from strategy through to execution. You will be responsible for generating leads, building brand presence and supporting business growth across Sales and Lettings. The successful Marketeer / Marketing Executive will be comfortable switching between data-driven campaigns and creative output, and will enjoy owning the marketing function end to end. Marketeer / Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage and optimise marketing funnels to drive high-quality lead generation. Create and deliver lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels. Write engaging content for property listings, websites, blogs and email campaigns. Manage and grow social media platforms, including content planning and scheduling. Create and oversee video content, including short-form social media videos and property-related media. Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Work closely with Sales, Lettings and Management teams to support business objectives. About You Proven experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within property, recruitment or a service-led business. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation and conversion optimisation. Confident content writer with a creative eye for brand and messaging. Comfortable with videography, editing and short-form video content. Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
