Responsibilities
* Educate business owners on their legal obligations regarding music licensing
* Present the benefits of licensing, sell licences to outlets, and promote the positive aspects of music use
* Hold constructive but sometimes challenging conversations with business owners, persuading them of the value of securing the correct licence
* Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and confidence
* Secure licence payments in-outlet using contactless card payment
* Capture accurate data, provide feedback, and share insight on territory trends, leads, and opportunities
* Proven experience in field sales, compliance, or business development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in handling objections and challenging conversations
* Persuasive and solutions-focused, able to influence decision-makers while maintaining a calm, professional approach
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results, without becoming confrontational or discouraged
* Highly organised, able to work independently and manage a busy call schedule
* Comfortable using CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
In addition, the role involves promoting compliance and the benefits of licensed music while meeting sales targets.

Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £27,000 basic + 20% bonus (OTE £32,400 per annum) + company car
* Working: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
* Territory: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas
* Training: 29 Sep to 1 Oct / End date: 28 Nov 2025
