Key Responsibilities of a Care Manager:
1. To be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients and care staff
2. Reporting in to and Deputising for the Registered Manager
3. Focus on compliance and quality within the service
4. Identify areas to grow the branch
5. Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
Care Manager Requirements:
6. Level 3 in Health & Social Care
7. Previous experience in domiciliary care would be beneficial
8. Quality focused
9. Solution based approach
