Job Summary:
Swimtime East Anglia is looking for enthusiastic Swimming Teachers / Swimming Instructors to join our friendly team. We deliver fun, engaging swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities from preschool water confidence to advanced stroke.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.
* Plan, adapt, and deliver lessons to meet individual learning needs.
* Promote water safety and swimming skills in line with national standards.
* Track progress, celebrate achievements, and communicate with parents.
* Ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming poolside environment.
* Take part in training and development opportunities.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong swimming technique and confident teaching ability.
* Previous swim teaching experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and adaptability for different learning styles.
Required Qualifications:
* Level 2 Swim Teaching Certificate (STA or Swim England) – essential.
* Baby & Pre-School qualification – desirable.
* Life Saving / Rescue certificate.
* Safeguarding training.
* Enhanced DBS.
* Insurance.
