?? What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the expansion into new product categories aligned with strategic growth plans.
* Source and onboard new suppliers and brands to broaden our offering.
* Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and business case to launch and performance tracking.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to build compelling propositions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales.
* Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms.
* Monitor product performance and recommend optimisations.
* Ensure compliance with sourcing, quality, and brand standards.
* Build and manage a roadmap for new category introductions.
