Director of Operations | £120,000 - £130,000 +10% bonus | Hybrid
We are working with a forward-thinking technology solutions provider looking to bring in a new Director of Operations to lead senior engineering and service delivery teams across the UK. This high-impact role is perfect for someone passionate about driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor senior engineers and service delivery management teams across the UK
* Ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved and exceeded
* Oversee high-profile client engagements and act as the escalation point when required
* Conduct performance reviews and support career development within your teams
* Streamline operational workflows and continuously improve service delivery processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive client satisfaction
Key Requirements:
* Leadership experience in Managed IT Services
* Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and complex client portfolios
* Solid technical knowledge of MSP tools and service offerings
* Experience with ITIL best practices
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive mindset and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment
