Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Personal Customer Advisor for a company based in London, SW1P.\n\nThe position is a permanent contract.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs part of the Contact Centre Team, the Personal Customer Advisor is responsible for speaking to nurse professionals, GP surgeries and patients that require appliances or medication.\n\nQualifications:\n\nEssential:\n\n· Educated to GSCE level\n\nDesirable:\n\n· Vocational qualifications in a relevant field\n\nExperience and Skills:\n\nEssential:\n\n * Attention to detail\n\n * Excellent Microsoft Office skills\n\n * Proactive and self-sufficient\n\n * High level of discretion with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentiality\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Previous experience working in a contact centre environment\n\n * Experience working with patient records and information\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\n * Triage inbound telephone calls to the contact centre, handling basic queries\n\n * Direct callers to the correct team or service, take messages where appropriate\n\n * Raise advisor call backs\n\n * Communicate professionally with surgeries via phone and/or email to chase the receipt of patient prescriptions, actioning call backs when scheduled\n\n * Register new patient referrals on our internal database\n\n * Build knowledge of the patient database system, being able to confidently, update key patient information and locate historical data and previous actions to support objection handling\n\n * Identify correct product code and quantity of prescription outstanding\n\n * Redeem paper and electronic prescriptions\n\n * Branch Staff: check and scan parcels before delivery\n\n * Promote, share and live the Bullen vision, objectives and values.\n\n * Any other duties which contribute to the success of the role and the business.\n\nHours of work:\n\n * 9am – 5pm\n\nPay rate:\n\n * £27,495k\n\nGap personnel group are committed to the selection, recruitment, and development of the best people, basing judgment solely on suitability for the job
