Role: Transaction Manager
Location: Hyundai Gloucester
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Sunday with days off on a rota basis
Salary: £28k basic annual salary with a £50k OTE & Bonus scheme in place.

The Role
We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our Hyundai store based in Gloucesterto facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced car sales professional who are looking to progress their career.
What you'll do
• Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines
• Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for a good outcomes with sales performance.
• Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges
• Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
• Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance
Who you are
• Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position
• Comfortable working to deadlines
• You have a professional approach with the ability to mentor others
• Strong attention to detail and compliance
• A team player who can use own initiative and multi-task
• Excellent customer management skills
