The Nelson Trust is looking for a caring, reliable Driver to join our Residential Services team. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients access the very best opportunities for long-term recovery. What You’ll Do Safely transport clients to appointments, including GP, hospital, and prescription collections Meet, greet, and welcome new clients, helping them feel at ease Deliver crisis interventions and practical support as needed Build positive relationships that encourage engagement with treatment Carry out weekly safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with safety regulations Support our team by assisting different departments as directed What We’re Looking For Full, clean driving licence (Category D1 for minibus driving is a plus) Experience in a residential setting is desirable Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures First aid and health & safety awareness Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to build supportive relationships with clients Why Join Us?
