We are representing a reputable main contractor with an excellent track record in delivering high-end commercial fit out projects across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team on a flagship CAT B Commercial Office Fit Out project based in Creeting St Peter, Suffolk.
This is a fast-paced, high-specification scheme valued at £18M and approaching the final delivery phase, requiring a strong finishing professional to drive quality, programme, and subcontractor coordination through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all finishing trades on site through to project handover
*
Snagging management and quality assurance
*
Coordinate subcontractors to meet programme deadlines
*
Ensure high-end finishes are delivered to client specification
*
Maintain health & safety standards on site
*
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve timely completion
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on CAT B commercial office fit out projects
*
Track record delivering high-end office finishes
*
Strong eye for detail and quality control
*
Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-track environment
Mandatory Certifications:
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
SMSTS
*
First Aid at Work
