Warehouse Supervisor – Counterbalance Forklift\n\nLocation: Walsall\n\nOur agency is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a reputable client within the logistics and distribution sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Supervising daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff\n\n * Operating a counterbalance forklift when required\n\n * Responsible for loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently\n\n * Ensuring stock control, accuracy, and correct storage procedures\n\n * Maintaining health & safety standards at all times\n\n * Liaising with management, drivers, and warehouse staff\n\n * Completing basic administrative and reporting tasks using Microsoft systems\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)\n\n * Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role\n\n * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)\n\n * IT literate with the ability to use warehouse systems\n\n * Strong communication skills (verbal and written)\n\n * Reliable, organised, and able to lead a team effectively\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
