You will work closely with T Level and foundation students, supporting them throughout their learning journey both in college and within workplace settings.
About the Role As an Early Years Assessor, you will provide coaching, assessment and mentoring support to learners undertaking Early Years qualifications.
The Early Years Assessor will play a key role in helping learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed within the sector, while building strong relationships with employers and supporting positive learner outcomes.
Key responsibilities for an Early Years Assessor:
Managing a caseload of T Level and foundation learners
Conducting workplace assessments, reviews and observations
Supporting learners to achieve qualification standards
Delivering coaching, mentoring and developmental feedback
Monitoring learner progress and implementing timely interventions where needed
Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation
Supporting learners with preparation for assessments and end-point assessment activities
What Were Looking For Has recent experience working within the Early Years sector
Is passionate about developing others and supporting learner success
Has excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
Can work independently while also contributing positively to a wider team
