At Naomi House & Jacksplace, we provide specialist hospice care to children and young adults up to age 35 - supporting around 600 families every year. Your work will help us Reach More and Do More for the families who need us most.
Headline Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic relationship-builder to:

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
* Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or relationship management (2+ years ideal).
* A confident communicator—skilled at presenting, pitching, and writing with impact.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to ambitious targets.
* Creative, proactive, and commercially aware, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into action.
* Experience managing four and five‑figure partnerships.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, passionate fundraising team.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. You will work Monday – Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required.
This role offers hybrid work, working 3 days in the office at our Hospices in Sutton Scotney, and 2 days remotely. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel around the region to meet business leaders, donors and supporters.
Salary - up to £35,000 FTE, dependent upon experience.

Naomi House nursing and medical staff provide individualised care that helps to enhance short lives and supports families to make the most of their precious time with their children.
Jacksplace is the only hospice for young adults in the South of England. The medical and care teams offer specialist care, often over many years, and uphold the dignity and independence of young adults accessing the service.
