Our client is looking for compassionate and resilient Residential Support Workers to join their team. This is a full-time role within the children's residential home, supporting young people who may face challenging behaviours and emotional struggles.
As a Support Worker, you will:
 1. Assist children with everyday life activities.
 2. Support school runs and community activities.
 3. Help young people develop life skills and work towards independence.

Requirements:

 5. Enhanced DBS check required.
 6. Level 4 Children and Young People Family Practitioner (or willingness to work towards this).
 7. Experience working with young people (desirable; full training provided).
 8. Full UK driving licence.
 9. Must have the right to work in the UK.
