About you:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Programs Manager to support our demand generation efforts across three key products: Unleashed, ProspectCRM and Mintsoft. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in B2B software marketing while contributing to new business acquisition and pipeline growth.
You'll work closely with our Head of New Business, Marketing Teams and Sales teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, support event marketing initiatives, and help drive qualified leads for our small business customer base. This role offers significant exposure to all aspects of demand generation marketing and provides a clear pathway for career development within our growing marketing function.
Day-to-day, you will:
* Campaign Execution:
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, email marketing, events, and content syndication to generate qualified leads for Unleashed, and ProspectCRM.
* Event Marketing Support:
Assist with event marketing activities including trade shows, webinars, and industry events, from initial planning through to post-event follow-up and lead nurturing.
* Content Creation & Management:
Create and manage marketing content including email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and campaign assets, ensuring consistent messaging across all three products.
* Lead Management:
Support lead qualification and nurturing processes, working closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up on marketing-generated opportunities.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
Assist with campaign performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting, helping to identify trends and optimisation opportunities across all marketing channels.
* CRM & Marketing Automation:
Support the management and optimisation of marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and CRM data quality to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Market Research:
Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to support campaign development and product positioning for the small business market.
* Sales Enablement:
Create and maintain sales enablement materials including product sheets, case studies, and presentation templates to support the sales process.
* Digital Marketing Support:
Assist with digital advertising campaigns, SEO initiatives, and social media management to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
* Event Logistics:
Support event planning and logistics including booth setup, attendee management, and promotional material coordination.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Your skills and experience might also include:
* Demonstrable marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or software environments
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling marketing content
* Proficiency in digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure and optimise campaign performance
* Comfortable working with marketing technology stack and learning new tools quickly
* Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Based in the UK with willingness to travel for events and team meetings
