We are proud to be recruiting a Senior Behavioural Pastoral Manager – Scale PO1 (At Risk Students & PEX Prevention Lead) – a pivotal and high‑impact role at the centre of our commitment to transforming lives. This is more than a pastoral position; it is an opportunity to lead meaningful change for our most vulnerable students and ensure that no child is left behind.
