We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a specialist automotive team in Southam, working on large commercial vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled paint sprayers looking for consistent work in a professional, well-equipped bodyshop environment.
The Role:
As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and painting large commercial vehicles to a high standard. This role requires precision, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience working with a variety of commercial vehicle types and finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing vehicle panels for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
2. Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve accurate finishes.
3. Applying paint using spray guns and other professional equipment.
4. Ensuring all work meets quality, durability, and safety standards.
5. Carrying out touch-ups and refinishing work where required.
6. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Previous experience working as a paint sprayer on commercial vehicles, buses, or coaches.
8. Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and materials.
9. Ability to work on large vehicle panels and surfaces.
10. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality workmanship.
11. Able to work independently or as part of a team.
