About the RoleAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates and building strong client relationships, to managing the recruitment process from start to finish within the finance sector. You will be able to manage your own desk and be responsible for developing your own client database. Full training is on offer, as well as ongoing support and one-to-one mentorship, with a clear pathway to more senior positions as you develop your career within recruitment. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for finance & accounting rolesWrite job adverts to attract suitable candidatesManage the full recruitment cycle including job taking, advert posting, candidate screening, CV submission, interview booking, offer process.
