Are you an experienced Architectural Technician with a strong understanding of timber frame construction?
Would you enjoy working on bespoke projects, delivering designs from concept through to production and on-site support?
We are working exclusively with a growing business delivering high-quality timber frame buildings and architecturally led structures. You will play a key role in developing designs, producing technical drawings, and collaborating with manufacturing and site teams to ensure projects are efficient, buildable, and of the highest quality.
We would welcome conversations with Architectural Technicians who:
Have proven architectural design experience, ideally with timber frame or offsite construction
Are confident producing both client-facing presentation material and detailed technical drawings
Understand timber engineering principles and practical construction detailing
Can collaborate effectively with workshop, site, and office teams
Are proactive and enjoy working across multiple projects from concept to completionAs an Architectural Technician, you will:
Develop concept and technical designs for timber frame and equestrian structures
Produce 2D/3D drawings, visuals, and specifications for clients and internal teams
Prepare detailed manufacturing information, including factory packs and assembly drawings
Work closely with manufacturing to refine details, improve efficiency, and ensure buildability
Support innovation in timber use and new construction methods
Coordinate with site teams and external consultants to resolve design queries and ensure compliance
