Supporting individuals across: Cullercoats, North Shields, Monkseaton, Shiremoor, Whitley Bay & Wallsend.

Work an average of 30+ hours and you will receive:
* £300 split over two payments of £150 (paid at month 3 and month 6)
You will also receive up to £300 Refer a Friend bonus, up to £300 annual bonus, and £25 birthday gift voucher.
Pay: £12.75 p/hr (drivers) / £12.25 p/hr (walkers)
* 45p per mile for drivers
* 20p per mile for cyclists
As a Care Assistant in North Tynesidefor Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings and weekend working:
* Early Shifts 7:00am - 3:00pm
* Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, we will agree on your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes:
* Alternate full weekends.
* Evenings as arranged within your working hours.

Job Description
You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant, are you punctual, organised, strong and effective communication.
You will:
* Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
* Promote independence using enabling approaches.
* Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
* Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
* Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
* Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
Induction Training
We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. For this role you do not need care experience, we recognise you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, for example as a shop assistant. We will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant for Be Caring :
