Do you have a background in Warehouse Management or similar? Are you looking to take a leading role within one of the fastest growing manufacturers in the UK, with a company who offer long-term progression, autonomy to run the function as you wish and the ability to support the manufacturing process?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading medical equipment manufacturer and supplier, who are undertaking a massive period of growth having recently acquired another business. The company provide medical mobility equipment for both domestic and commercial clients, these include stairlifts, hoists, slings and other crucial devices. Due to the nature of the business, taking care of their employees and nurturing their development is the key to their growth and long term business strategy.
This dynamic and autonomous role, will see you responsible for the daily warehouse operations within the manufacturing facility, you will monitor inventory records, oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, support lean manufacturing practices and lead the training and development of your warehouse staff. This is a weekday, days based role with a half day on a Friday.
This role would suit a candidate with a background in Warehouse Management, who is looking for an autonomous role where you will hold sole responsibility for the performance of the department with a company who will give you opportunities to progress.
The Role:
* Supervise and lead daily warehouse operations
* Coordinate with production teams to deliver raw materials
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels
* Support lean manufacturing processes
* Collaborate with all departments
The Person:
* Warehouse Manager or similar
* Background in Warehouse or Manufacturing environment
* Commutable to Rhyl
