Our mission is to deliver FREE hand care to every nurse and midwife in the UK through the ‘Nursem Promise’—for every product sold, we give a month’s worth of Nursem to a healthcare professional in the NHS. We have delivered over 655,000 Promises so far!
We aim to become a household brand within 2-3 years and are seeking an Omnichannel Operations Manager to join us.

THE ROLE – Operations Manager (Salary: £40k - £50k FT + Performance Bonus + Share Options)
Location: Remote (UK Only)
Additional attendance at our head office in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, is required at least once a month if not based in NE England, with occasional travel.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build and shape the operational team and grow into a senior leadership position within a fast-growing consumer brand.
The Operations Manager will oversee our omnichannel operations, working closely with the team and external partners to manage the entire supply chain—from design and development to warehousing, fulfillment, and delivery. You will ensure manufacturing, fulfillment, and warehousing operations are efficient, scalable, and deliver excellence daily. Flexibility and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented attitude are essential, as the business environment is fast-changing.
Experience in scaling businesses and developing processes and systems is crucial.
PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE:
* 3-5 years in operations for a fast-growing DTC & Retail brand
* Strong knowledge of Mintsoft, Unleashed, and Shopify
* Experience with PIM and retail supply systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* On-Shelf Availability: Maintain +98% availability of core SKUs for key accounts year-round.
* B2B Supply & Logistics: Manage relationships with 3PL partners, monitor KPIs, improve service levels, and oversee inbound orders and invoicing.
* B2C Supply & Logistics: Manage daily relationships with 3PL, ensuring service levels and profitability.
* Manufacturing & Supply: Oversee manufacturing partnerships, supplier relations, production schedules, and demand planning.
* New Product Introductions: Manage new product launches into B2B and B2C channels.
* Product Data Management: Ensure accurate management and sharing of product information.
* International Expansion: Support international supply chain development and compliance.
* Systems & Software: Manage inventory and purchasing systems like Unleashed.
* Sales & Operations Planning: Oversee demand forecasting and supply planning.
* Administrative Support: Maintain key administrative tasks, including tracking Nursem Promises and invoicing.
* Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report KPIs related to operations and stock health.
* Team Culture: Foster a positive company culture and support team development.
