Today, Fred Perry is a global community of over 370 employees, all inspired by the Laurel Wreath and what it represents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
* Manage cash handling, banking, and associated administration in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Ensure all till operations are carried out in line with the Fred Perry operations manual.
* Assist the Store Manager in stock control, including receipting transfers, monitoring stock levels, and stock presentation.
* Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
* Inform the Store Manager of any issues or non-compliance related to Fred Perry policies and procedures.

* Proven experience in building effective teams and motivating employees.
* Strong initiative and leadership skills.
* Understanding of retail concepts such as gross margin, markdowns, and visual merchandising.
* Able to adapt quickly and respond positively to business needs.
