Job Details
This is a permanent, full‑time position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility during peak periods. Annual salary up to £54,923.98, depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for leading flow through the distribution centre, managing first‑line client relations, planning resources cost‑effectively, and fostering a safe, development‑focused team culture.
* Lead stock flow operations through the distribution centre, ensuring safety and alignment with client expectations.
* Manage first‑line client relationships with clear communication and timely issue resolution.
* Plan labour and resources efficiently to meet and exceed budget targets.
* Promote a safe, positive working environment and support team development.
* Ensure shift managers are equipped to lead people and processes effectively.
* Drive continuous improvement and lead health & safety initiatives.
* Support absence, conduct, and performance management in line with company policies.
* Deputise for the Site Manager and lead ad hoc projects as required.
