How you'll make an impact
This is a hands on billing role supporting the monthly billing cycle and the detailed work that sits around it. You'll be trained by the billing specialist currently running the process and will quickly become the go to support and cover point for billing.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting monthly billing runs across commercial customers
* Validating billing inputs and investigating exceptions before invoices go out
* Handling rebills and billing adjustments following queries or disputes
* Spotting missing data, misalignment, and unusual patterns, then working with internal teams to resolve
* Supporting reporting and helping improve controls and process over time
