I am looking for a highly professional experienced chef to run the kitchen at this charming pub near Petersfield, West Sussex. A real opportunity to make a mark with the mid-April reopening of this site.
Working closely with the independent owners from early April you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen. This is a hands-on cooking role whilst driving a small team and maintaining an EHO 5-star rating.
Although classic pub food a love and ability with Italian cuisine and baking is a distinct advantage.
Excellent references a necessity.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have your own transport.
Although no live in available assistance will be given if relocation is necessary.
