Key Account Manager – Technology
Bristol/near Avonmouth (Office-Based, No Remote)
£25,000 – £33,000 Comission of 10% per deal
Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager or ambitious Business Developer ready to take ownership of a high-potential client portfolio where fellow team members are earning £75,000 in commission per year?

We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, motivated by results, and excited by the challenge of growing key customer accounts in a competitive space – who aren’t afraid of picking up the phone and building relationships with key customers.
The Role
You’ll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, focused on building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver cutting-edge solutions within their multitude of clients portfolio.
You’ll work closely with internal teams spanning technical, commercial, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building strong, consultative relationships with key customers
* Identifying and converting growth opportunities across your accounts
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Managing your pipeline using a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Hitting monthly revenue and margin targets
Experience Required
* Proven experience in Account Management or B2B Sales
* Strong communication skills, especially by phone
* Confident, resilient, and driven by success
* Able to develop meaningful commercial relationships
* Comfortable handling rejection and turning it into opportunity

* £25,000 – £33,000 base (negotiable based on experience)
* High-earning commission plan from Day 1 – 10% per deal done. Some of the team are earning £75,000 in commission.
