CNC Operator / Machinist Requirements: A background in CNC machine operation is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience with an SCM router is preferred but not critical. Familiarity with a Biesse machine would be advantageous. Knowledge of programming, particularly Xilog, is beneficial but not necessary. Strong ability to work independently and a flexible approach to tasks are essential.
