Customer Assistant - Cafe - Brotherhood Peterborough
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our café, where you'll become a champion of our delightful food and drink offerings, offers, and services. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of the latest food and drink trends and are eager to share it with our customers.
Responsibilities
* Be a brand ambassador who’s ready to recommend and promote our delicious café menu. Through remarkable service you'll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
* Be digitally confident. Utilise our digital tools, such as digital menus and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and ensure customers get the products they want, when they need them.
* Maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene; work efficiently to minimise wait times while delivering excellent service.
* Be a team player and contribute to an inclusive cafe environment, supporting colleagues and customers every day.
* Be flexible to work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands of the retail environment.
Work pattern
* Week 1: Sunday 09:00–17:00
* Week 1: Monday 10:00–18:00
* Week 1: Tuesday 08:30–16:30
* Week 1: Friday 10:00–18:00
* Week 2: Monday 10:00–18:00
* Week 2: Tuesday 10:00–18:00
* Week 2: Thursday 10:00–18:00
* Week 2: Saturday 10:00–18:00

* Adaptability and knowledge of VM principles.
