Our New Acorn School, Avonside School in Bristol, has a capacity for 72 pupils and opened August 2025. The school is a co-educational provision for pupils with complex needs including SEMH.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the facilities team
Ensure that the facilities provided are of a high standard at all times
Coordinate the capital and operational expenditure
Monitor and audit schedules of work and the quality of completed projects
Ensure cost effective contracts are in place
Prioritise planned and responsive workload
Manage and be part of the on call/out of hours response team
Support with Health and Safety, food hygiene, fire management and building-related technical matters
