Who we’re looking for:
You don’t need to be a “traditional graduate.” We’re open to:
* Graduates from any discipline
* People with up to 12 months’ experience in sales, estate agency, or other target‑driven roles
* Anyone who is commercially minded, motivated by success and reward, and keen to learn

The role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join our structured training programme, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of recruitment in a high‑performance but supportive environment. You’ll gain exposure to senior‑level clients and candidates from early on, with the tools and guidance to build confidence quickly.
Following the initial training period, there is real flexibility to specialise based on your strengths and interests, including:
* Advisory & client partnerships
* Research / delivery‑focused roles
