Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in IT support, including cloud, hardware, and software administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking (DNS/IP), and Office 365 admin. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and VoIP systems is highly desirable. A full UK driving licence (this role includes on-site visits). Professional, reliable, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Bonus skills (not essential but great to have): Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCP, MCSA, or MCSE). PowerShell experience. Previous experience in specifying and building cloud-based solutions. Responsibilities: Responding to and resolving 2nd/3rd line technical issues, both remotely and on customer sites. Supporting cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, and complex diagnostics. Assisting the 1st line team with escalated technical queries and mentoring where needed. Liaising directly with clients to troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, helpful guidance. Evaluating new technologies and software to stay ahead of the curve. Performing system checks, updates, and OS re-installations as required.
